Online tool¶
FaxinaX¶
Explore the FaxinaX structural analysis and member design workspace, including video demonstrations and a step-by-step user guide.
Steel member design check¶
Select an I- or H-section and steel grade, enter design forces and buckling parameters, then run the cross-section and member stability checks. The results include utilization ratios and buckling plots. Use the print control to save the results as PDF. The Python API must be deployed separately from this static documentation site.
- cross-section classification and resistance (class 1 to 3),
- flexural, torsional and torsional-flexural buckling,
- lateral torsional buckling,
- combined bending and axial compression,
- on-page results with buckling reduction plots and print-to-PDF.

Use with care
The results must be checked independently by a qualified structural engineer before they are used in any design or construction.
Vibration to Forced Harmonic Load¶
Explore the displacement response of a damped single degree of freedom system under sinusoidal loading. Enter mass, stiffness, damping, force amplitude, forcing frequency, initial conditions, and plot duration. The tool plots total, transient, and steady state response over time and reports natural frequency, frequency ratio, and steady state amplitude.
